  • How can I book a stay at L’Auberge des Collines?


    You can book directly through our website, or via Airbnb, Booking.com, and other travel platforms. Direct bookings on our website offer the best rates.

  • What is the minimum stay?

    A two-night minimum stay applies to all reservations.

  • How many guests can the suite accommodate?

    The suite comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Additional guests (up to 8 total) may be allowed for $25 per person, per night.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 day(s) before arrival or earlier.

    50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 7 day(s) before arrival or earlier.

    0% refundable if canceled after 7 day(s).

  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in: 4:00 PM

    Check-out: 11:00 AM
    Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

    Is self check-in available?
    Yes, we provide detailed self check-in instructions to make your arrival smooth and flexible.

  • Do I need a credit card to reserve?

    Yes, a valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking.

  • Is breakfast included?

    Breakfast is not included in the base rate, but guests may order Breakfast Boxes filled with fresh, local products. Orders must be placed by 5:00 PM the night before and will be delivered between 7:00–8:30 AM.

  • Do you offer massage or wellness services?

    Yes! Guests can book massages and treatments at our onsite wellness studio, spasarah.noterro.com

  • Is there parking available?

    Yes, three parking spots are available on the right-hand side of the property.

  • Do you have Wi-Fi?

    Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the suite.

  • Is the kitchen fully equipped?

    Yes, the suite includes a full kitchen with all major appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils so you can prepare your own meals during your stay.

  • Do you provide linens and toiletries?

    Yes, fresh bed linens, towels, and basic toiletries are provided for all guests.

  • Where are you located?

    We are in Wakefield, Quebec — across from the ski and mountain bike hill, close to Gatineau Park, restaurants, cafés, and local attractions.

  • What activities are nearby?

    Guests enjoy skiing, mountain biking right across the street at Centre Vorlage, hiking, the Nordic Spa in Chelsea, Eco-Odysée, water parks, golf, and much more.

  • Are pets allowed?

    No, pets are not permitted at L’Auberge des Collines..

  • Is smoking permitted?

    No, the inside of the property is strictly non-smoking.

  • Do you allow events or parties?

    Large events and parties are not permitted. Small gatherings, such as a family dinner with a few additional guests, are allowed without an extra fee. Larger gatherings may only be considered with prior approval, and strict conditions apply. An additional fee of $150 minimum applies, plus $25 per non-overnight guest. A refundable $300 security deposit is also required.

  • Is the property family-friendly?

    Yes, the suite is well-suited for families, with multiple bedrooms, a full kitchen, large shared yard with trampoline and volleyball net and nearby activities for all ages.
