At L’Auberge des Collines, we are proud to offer treatments featuring Boreal Folk, a beautiful, handcrafted skincare line created right here in the Wakefield region. Their products are made with sustainably wildcrafted plants harvested from Canada’s northern forests—botanicals chosen for their potency, purity, and deep connection to the land.
Founded by Raphaëlle Gagnon and Mark Coelho, Boreal Folk began as a travelling “Wilderness Lab” crafted from a converted bus. Today, they continue to hand-make their products on traditional Anishinabeg lands, gathering plants ethically from their own acreage and surrounding forests. Their commitment to the environment is reflected in every step—from harvesting practices to the use of recyclable glass and biodegradable packaging.
