Occupancy & Guests

  • Maximum occupancy: 6 guests included (adults and/or children 12+).

  • Up to 2 children under 12 years old do not count toward occupancy and stay free of charge.

  • Infants under 2 years old also do not count toward occupancy but must be declared in the reservation.

  • Up to 2 additional guests may be permitted for $25 per person, per night, with a maximum of 8 total overnight guests.

  • Unauthorized overnight guests are not permitted.

Gatherings & Events

  • Events and parties are not permitted.

  • Small family dinners with a few additional guests are welcome at no extra charge.

  • Larger gatherings may only be considered with prior approval. Strict conditions apply, including a $150 minimum fee, $25 per non-overnight guest, and a $300 refundable deposit.

House Rules & Check-Out

  • Dispose of all garbage and recycling in the outdoor bins before check-out.

  • No eating or drinking in bedrooms (white linens).

  • Turn off all lights and electronics when not in use.

  • Place all used linens in the bathtub before departure.

  • No smoking inside the property.

  • No pets.

  • No illegal substances on the property.

  • Please take care of keys — lost keys incur a $50 replacement fee.
