For guests who’d like a more complete breakfast experience, we offer a selection of house-made breakfast options — prepared in-house with local ingredients and delivered directly to your suite.

Most breakfast options are priced per person.
For groups, we also offer a Family Pancake Portion, which is priced per portion and designed to share.

Because group sizes and preferences vary, breakfast is requested rather than added automatically at booking. After your reservation is confirmed, we’ll reach out to confirm:

  • which option(s) you’d like

  • quantity (per person or per portion)

  • which morning

  • final pricing and payment

Includes Sarah’s Wakefield Morning Parfait – layers of homemade maple granola, creamy Greek yogurt, and berry compote lightly sweetened with local honey – along with two farm-fresh hard-boiled eggs, and two slices of artisan sourdough bread served with butter, natural peanut butter, and jam.

Option 2 - The Collines Hearty Breakfast

$16 per guest

Option 3 - The Collines Pancake Morning

$11 per guest - 250 ml jar - Individual size - makes approx. 6-7 small pancakes

$22 per portion - 500 ml jar - Family size - makes approx. 12-14 small pancakes. Designed for sharing.

How to Request Breakfast

Breakfast add-ons can be requested when booking or by messaging us afterward. We’ll confirm availability, quantities, and pricing with you before finalizing.

Breakfast add-ons may be added to your reservation or pre-ordered by 5:00 p.m. the day before your desired morning.

Your breakfast can be delivered to your suite between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
